Since we have been open we have had the opportunity to help hundreds of patients relieve their pain and restore their spine to health.  Here are some of their stories.  I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I have enjoyed helping them.

I really don’t know where to begin, Six weeks ago I started coming to Dr. Adams.  At that time the pain in my lower back and left shoulder was so bad that I could not do even the most simple tasks.  I had given up hope that I would ever get better.  There were times when the pain was so excruciating.  I almost had to crawl from room to room.  The pain in my shoulder was so bad it was even hard to drive a car.  I enjoy sewing and other craft work and this was impossible for me to do.  After only six weeks of treatment my lower back pain is almost entirely gone.  I can now bend and turn and do normal household tasks that were impossible before.  I even had trouble getting in and out of the bathtub.  As for my shoulder, I am once again sewing, crocheting, and doing crafts with my Sunday School Class.  I am also able to play the piano at church without being in sever pain again.  I have fibromyalgia and no medication has helped like the treatment I received from Dr. Adams and his staff.  I cannot sing their praises loudly enough.  I would strongly recommend that if you suffer from any type of pain please give them a chance to help you.  I’m sure you will be glad you did.

I have always carried my stress in my neck and shoulders….so I though.  When I went to Dr. Adams the first time, I thought I had a really bad crick in my neck from stress or sleeping wrong.  After viewing my x-rays with him, I was shocked to find out my neck actually had a reverse curvature and was definitely the reason for my pain and tightness in my “stress” area.  After starting care here, I am now on my way to correcting my neck and feeling less and less discomfort.  IT’S GREAT.  Dr. Adams is very professional and very thorough in explaining treatment options and making me feel comfortable and at ease while getting adjustments.  Additionally, the office staff is very friendly and do everything to make my experience great.

After an auto accident in 1987 I thought I was fine other than a few bumps and bruises.  Now 23 years later I feel the damage that was done to my body.  I have a straight neck, bones spurs, numbness in my right arm and hand, plus pain throughout my entire body.  I was also not able to get comfortable at night to sleep.  I went in to see Dr. Adams after meeting him at Tater Day when he asked me about his condition.  When I came in her took x-rays and reviewed them for me right away.  He showed me why I was having so many problems.  He was very good at explaining my condition and showing where the problems were on the x-rays.  He then explained what steps we could take to not only improve my condition but make sure that the problem didn’t come right back.  After seeing Dr. Josh for my treatments, I feel so much better.  I am more relaxed with less aches and pains in my body.  I have been able to sleep much better at night and my motion has improved so much.  My numbness is almost gone.  The staff here is great and when I come in I have fun.  You’re not just someone in a room waiting for your name to be called and that means a lot to me as a patient.

I would like to take a minute and tell my story and my experience with chiropractic help.  I’ve been to several chiropractors in my lifetime, I feel like I’ve been put back together so many times you can’t count them all.  I’m in the construction business and it’s really easy to hurt yourself by lifting, bending the wrong way, lifting more than you should.  Dr. Josh is one of the best chiropractors I have ever been to.  He seems like he really wants to hel you, not just work on you, he will try to work around your schedule, not just his.  He works on you, not to hard, not to soft.  In my experience with chiropractors he’s top of the line.  You can tell he loves his job and his staff make you feel welcome every time you come in.

I came to Dr. Adams as a 53 year old female that could barely turn my head.  It was difficult to drive.  Even worse I could not look down.  I actually had stitches in my head from falling over things below my waist that I couldn’t see.  This has always been a problem but kept getting worse.  After looking at my x-rays and discussing a plan, it helped much faster than we first thought.  After just two adjustments I was able to look left and right much easier.  My right arm is more mobile.  Above all I can actually look down.  I haven’t tripped over anything since.  I don’t wake up in the night in pain anymore.  He gave me the best option besides surgery which I will fight to the end.  Dr. Adams mapped out a plan for me and I cannot be happier.  He has given my back my mobility and I feel better than ever.

I had a problem walking upright because the pain in and above my right hip caused me to use a cane or walker to stand or walk any distance.  Also I had pain in my lower back.  It had been bothering me for over two years.  I had seen a doctor for arthritis in my left hip and knee but didn’t get any relief.  Chiropractic has helped tremendously.  I can stand straighter and walk without pain and without my cane.  I have been singing my doctor’s praise to everyone.  The entire staff is wonderful, they make you feel so comfortable and answer all your questions.

One morning when I woke up, I got this sharp pain in my neck and shoulders and in seconds I locked up.  The pain was severe but just like I usually do, I went  to work.  It had happened before and in a few days it would be over, but this time it was different.  I started getting light headed and my friend said, “Why don’t you go over to the chiropractor.”  I had never been.  So at this point I decided it might be worth a shot and

since it was just right across the street, why not.  After Dr. Adams examined me and took some X-Rays, I found out I was in a phase two spinal deterioration.  My X-Rays looked just like the pictures on the wall.  I was shocked to find out this didn’t happen over night.  It had been like this for a while.  Dr. Adam’s explained in much detail what was going on and explained how we could fix it with some adjustments and therapy.  So after some visits I started feeling a lot better.  A whole lot better.  Plus the staff are awesome.  They listen to all my problems while I’m hooked up to the electric machine thing.  It’s like mental and physical therapy all in one.  Anybody that’s never been, you don’t know what you’re missing.  I would recommend this to anybody who is in pain!!

I had twisted on ice and threw my back out.  I couldn’t sit or bend over at all.  After my adjustments with Dr. Adams I am able to walk up right and bend without any problems.  I’m pain free once again!!!
